Lacey Meeks grew up in Texico, New Mexico. Lacey obtained her undergraduate degree (Bachelors of Science in Nursing) in 2004 from Texas Tech University, her Masters of Science in Nursing as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degree in 2008 from Texas Tech University, and completed a Post Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010 from the University of Massachusetts. Lacey founded Farwell Family Healthcare in 2009. Her office in Farwell, Texas offers family practice, hormone optimization, sexual health, weight loss, laser, Botox and cosmetic procedures. Lacey and her staff strive to be on the cutting edge of medical and cosmetic procedures as well as striving to help patients look and feel better.

Chantal began her nursing career 10 years ago in her hometown, Clovis New Mexico. She has been practicing as a family nurse practitioner for the past 2.5 years. She attended Clovis Community College to receive her Registered Nurse Degree, Lubbock Christian University for her Bachelors, and Walden University for her Masters degree. With her vibrant and friendly personality, she enjoys caring for her community. She thrives on watching others succeed with their life and health goals. Prior to joining with Farwell Family Healthcare she worked in women's health for 2 years. Throughout that time, she cared for her patients while performing procedures, addressing acute complaints, and following up with routine annual visits. Since joining Farwell Family Healthcare, she has set her heart on taking every opportunity to learn and grow as a provider. She has attended hormone pellet therapy training and has been performing these procedures in-office. She has been passionate about caring for men and women of all ages. She is ambitious and continues to seek opportunities for growth. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to experience different aspects of the healthcare field including inpatient hospital care, working in the operating room, and specializing in women's health. Chantal loves spending time with her family and is always up for an adventure. She enjoys listening to music, visiting snowy mountains, and boating at the lake. She aspires to set an example of hard work and ambition for her children. Family is very important to Chantal and she is very grateful for the opportunity to care for others.
